Service Air System Checklist

Overview

The "Service Air System Checklist" doctype enables you to create and manage checklists for the air system service within the Service Management module.

Fields

1. Part

• Label: Part

• Usage:

  • Enter the name or description of the part related to the air system checklist.
  • This field helps identify the specific part to be checked.
  • Example: "Air Filter", "Ductwork", "Blower Motor"

2. Mark

• Label: Mark

• Usage:

  • Check the box to mark the completion or status of the part.
  • Indicates whether the part has been checked or serviced.
  • Example: Check the box when the "Air Filter" has been replaced.

Usage

1. Navigate to the "Service Management" module.
2. Select "Service Air System Checklist" from the list of available doctypes.
3. Click on "New" to create a new checklist item for the air system.
4. Enter the name or description of the "Part" to be checked.
5. Check the "Mark" box to indicate completion or status.
6. Save the record.
7. You can view, edit, or delete checklist items as needed.
